2. Hosting Responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate listing details, ensure the space is safe, and honor confirmed bookings. ParkingOath may suspend hosts who violate these expectations.
3. Parker Responsibilities
Parkers must comply with arrival instructions, respect the property, and depart within the booking window. Damage to property may result in additional charges.
4. Fees & Payments
ParkingOath collects service fees on every transaction. By using the platform, you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
ParkingOath is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from bookings. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid during the prior 12 months.
